"Do not move here, it's infested with cockroaches and bedbugs!! It's October and there's no heat, and they aren't going to fix it for another week. Even though by law they are supposed to fix it within 24 hours. I guess the laws don't apply for G.C. properties and Matt D from housing . You would think otherwise but Matt is also the property manager here. And as far as the way things are handled such as evictions well that depends on who you are and how well your liked by the Asst. Manager in the office. This will be a determining factor in how far behind you are before you get an eviction, serious favoritism going on here..."
