"AVOID! Do not stay here. The rooms are old and nasty, the service is bad, the breakfast offerered is a joke. Check out my pictures. This is by far the most memorable experience I have ever had at any hotel for all of the wrong reasons. Unless you're looking for the cheapest place to stay, I do not know what good can be said about this Ramada. My room was vastly different from others or the reviewers had incredibly low standards. The AC/Heating is non-functional, water dripping from the ceiling when you first walk in the room is accepted as normal from the staff, and maintenance for most everyting is nonexistent. The place is filthy. Don't be fooled by the location; stay far away. I regret spending 2 nights here and should have left immediately for a refund. The hallway smelled like marijuana the whole time we stayed. I believe the staff is smoking marijuana inside the building and then doesn't care if guest do as well so complainting to the front desk will do nothing. Getting to our room, we are unable to see anything in the room being that the only light switch then illumates where you stand and nothing more so if you arrive at night get ready to used your phones flashlight so you can get to the lamp on the other side. Our bed had hair on the sheets and pillows from the last guest that stayed. The carpet is stained with different drinks and maybe bodily fluids all by the mini fridge and by chairs and bedside. Different lamps had bulbs out so bad lighting all around in the room. The chair in the room is dusty looking and missing buttons. I did not want to sit in it. If you are roomed near the center area get ready to hear people playing pool louldy into the night as the windows and walls are thin. The shower design layout makes you stand in it completely for you to be able to turn on the water so you have to start the shower cold. Our shower started to back fill with water/gunk when we weren't using it. The front desk sends a guy with a toliet plunger to fix the issue. That guy goes at our shower like he's done this a hundred times and then wants to tell us "he's a recovering alcoholic so he needs to get out of here to go to his meetings". Thanks for sharing? The mini shampoo bottle provided is half empty so it was used by the last guest. The same picuture was hung 3 times in our room. The exact same photo. Why? Everything about the layout and design to the details. Everything is bad."
"We had reserved a weekend through the hotel itself directly. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and we had to cancel the reservations 2 days before our arrival. Spoke with front desk at the hotel the cancellation was successful, we were told that amount would be credited to our card since we booked through the hotel itself. We were told that an email would be sent with a cancellation confirmation. One week later no email, no credit and unable to speak with anyone directly at the hotel. Phone rings and no one answers calling for 2 days. Called the customer service number they are unable to reach anyone at the hotel. This is inexcusable, poor business practices. Needless to say we won't ever book at this location in the future."
"What a deal! $50-75 cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Big parts of the hotel are under renovation which may be why. But the renovated rooms were excellent. Clean, good linen, plenty of outlets. The rooms circle an interior covered courtyard that houses places to sit and a pool. The space could use some updating, but the pool was open and nice and warm. The ceiling is skylights which brings a nice natural light through to the rooms as well. The hotel is clearly large enough to eventually host small conferences and the kitchen can accommodate it. When we were there, I'd guess fewer than two dozen rooms were in use, so the restaurant was closed, but the breakfast buffet was generous with bacon and eggs, along with bagels and yogurt and juices. I'd definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the renovations as they occur."
"An honest review: A decent hotel for the price! Stayed just for a night on our road trip. Cons: needs some touch ups, outdated, hair dryer was tiny, beds were fine, stains on ceiling and floors. Pros: front desk was super nice, good choice for breakfast and was yummy, big open lobby. We didn’t see the courtyard though."
"Needs a good makeover. Pool was cold and very cloudy. Could be very nice with a little work. Rooms were just okay and staff was great. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay; best hotel bacon I've had."
