The head estimator was very detailed on what needs to be done, also providing me with the understanding that it is just an estimate. I paid upfront to have them order the parts, so I was able to keep my vehicle and drive it until the parts came in, and then they gave me a timeframe of when the work will be done and they met that timeframe.
