"Rented an apartment from Nacer and had a very bad experience. He refused to return my security deposit even though I had taken good care of the property. He claimed that I had caused damage to the property, but he didn't provide any real evidence to support his claim. I gave up on getting my deposit back. I do not recommend renting from Nacer to anyone. He is dishonest and will steal your money. He is also very difficult to communicate with. If you have any problems, he will not be responsive to your requests. It would take over a week to get responses. I would strongly advise you to find a different landlord. Overall, I had a very negative experience renting from Nacer. I would not recommend him to anyone."
