"Work traveler and repeat customer here. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. So much nicer than expected for the price! The staff are so nice/accommodating and the property clean, spacious and recently renovated. My only complaint is the water temperature. I prefer hot steamy showers and it doesn’t get quite hot enough. Small sacrifice for a comfortable stay though."

"If you have children I would not recommend this place. I stayed with my family on new years eve, so I expected there to be a little chaos which would have been fine. But when full on fights and wall punching began and I called the front desk because my kids were afraid, the worker came up and told them which room complained which led to all night harassment of beating on our doors and screaming outside our door all night. Found out the worker did this because she was friends with the family of all underage drunk children. Refused to call the police after it escalated. We tried to ignore it until 330 am when they slid a disgusting note under the door my children were staying in, along with a ball of cotton, "magic clouds snort for power" when I took it to the front desk the worker still didn't want to involve police so I called myself which resulted in the kids getting kicked out. Manager that was there in the morning basically told us we were overreacting, and promised the main manager would contact us, and she still never has."

"Mixed Experience with Stunning Views but Room for Improvement Review: I recently stayed at the inn, and while there were some high points, several areas need attention. Firstly, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the view from my room. The breathtaking vistas of the mountains were a joy to wake up to each morning, especially with the in-room fireplace. Additionally, the staff members were consistently friendly and approachable, which added a warm touch to the stay. However, the overall experience was marred by a few notable issues. The most pressing concern was the lack of cleanliness and daily housekeeping services. Despite repeated requests, towels were not restocked regularly, which was a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the amenities did not live up to my expectations. They fell short of the standards usually associated with a hotel of this category. Additionally, I found discrepancies between the room's actual layout and furniture and what was advertised on various reservation websites. The furniture in my room, especially the bed, was uncomfortably hard, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. In summary, while the stunning views and friendly staff are commendable, the hotel must address the cleaning services, accuracy of online representations, and quality of amenities to provide a satisfying experience truly. Note: l didn't even attempt to eat their breakfast. It looked undeserving."

"I'd like to start with the positives. The front desk concierge was phenomenal. Kind and helpful. The first room was so dilapidated, weird stains on the walls, the restroom wasn't clean. The second room looked less (using this word loosely) dilapidated, but there are stains all over the couch and walls, too. The sheets were also dirty. Gave up and changed my own sheets so I did not have to find anywhere else as it's late and a holiday. Other guests were thumping loud music. I do understand it's a holiday, but it's not okay to disturb other paying guests. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my stay here and would not reccomend."

"Always a wonderful stay. My family and I are from Latrobe but now live in Florida, but we come up often to visit family. Every time we do, we get a room at this hotel, and it's always such a lovely stay with friendly staff, a good breakfast, and large rooms for a great price for longer stays. We never had an issue with our stay for the price of these rooms you honestly can't complain. This hotel will always be our home away from home when we visit our hometown, and we can't thank the staff enough for making it feel this way."
