"I've been renting here for almost 2 years. Very minimal issues. Most issues are handled very quickly, usually same day. Office is hard to reach... that's annoying but overall very satisfied with rental PPI."
"PPI is easy to work with. I moved in a few months ago, and it was a relatively smooth experience. They made our lease, and we got in when we needed to. Maintenance has been a huge help, taking time to come look at our place when we put in issues."
"Used to work here. It's a company that thrives off of hard work and dedication. The whole time I was here I definitely felt welcomed. I worked as a Construction Laborer here and I tried my best most of the days I was there. Very tiring but rewarding at the end of the day. Some days were bad, some days were good. Eventually I was fired because I messed up on a job and looking back on it now, I guess I was lucky I made it so far and had a decent experience where I learned a lot. For all of the bad reviews PPI seems to get, they aren't necessarily indicative of bad business practices and PPI has always tried to do their best with their customers as far as I was concerned years ago. Running a business can be hard, and making everyone happy is even harder. All in all, a good experience I had working from 2020 to 2021."
"My experience all started on a Monday around 1pm. I found a property online and wanted to ask general questions. I called the provided number and was sent to voicemail, however Sarah promptly replied via text that she would get back with me ASAP. I responded to her text with my questions with no response. I proceeded to fill out the online application while I was waiting and it was submitted by 1:42pm. I sent a text stating that my application had been submitted. Again, no response. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from Jessica at 3:27pm that same day stating that my application was reviewed and subsequently approved. It provided a link to schedule a showing. I immediately responded to Jessica and stated that I didn’t require a showing and was prepared to sign a lease. I didn’t receive a response, but not a big deal, since they closed at 4pm. At 8:00am the following day, I sent an email to Jessica asking if I could have a lease prepared. I received an “out of the office” reply stating that she would be out for the next 5 days. A number was provided to call in her absence. I proceeded to call the number and left a message with my situation. I was called back later in the day from someone in accounting. He said that he was covering since Jessica was out, but could help me with questions. I told him that I was moving in the next 7 days and needed the property. I told him that I was totally transparent with my pet in the application and wanted to ensure that I was approved with the pet. He assured me that the read through the applications thoroughly and if I was approved, then it included my pet. I requested to make a deposit to hold the property until the lease came through, however he assured me that it wouldn’t be necessary and that the lease would be sent in the next 24-48 hours. I was ecstatic. Wednesday goes by and I hear nothing. I get into Thursday around 12pm and still nothing. I decided to call the number again for a status update and a message was left. To my surprise, Sarah, who had not responded to my texts since Monday, responded saying that unfortunately my pet wouldn’t be allowed since it was a furnished unit. I promptly responded saying that it was no problem and to move forward with sending me the lease. An hour went by with no response. So, I called and was able to get in touch with Sarah. I told her that my family would foster the dog while we stayed at the property (this was a short term lease) and I would like to move forward. She proceeded to tell me that someone else had already signed a lease for the property. You could only imagine how much of a gut punch this was to me and my family. A property that I have been desperately trying to lease for 4 days just gone. Even when I offered to make a security deposit ahead of the lease, I was assured multiple times that it wasn’t necessary. Ultimately, the property was leased right from underneath me. Sarah said she would “talk to a few people” and get in touch with me by the end of the day. No one ever called me back. Please listen to my story and others that I’m sure you’ve read and stay away from this group."
"the house was beautiful but done really cheap, which made it really hard to keep clean. also my 9 month old failed her lead test, meaning she had a very dangerous level of lead in her blood living in that house and we weren’t accommodated until we decided to break the lease six months later and was then offered a “vacation” for renovations that us tenants had to crawl through hoops by the county to get approved for including the house being tested. we were there for three years and never had a problem with this company until that specific issue. i wish this company well."
