"If you have an ESA and look into this place, I HIGHLY recommend looking somewhere else. They refused to accept the ESA papers for my dog and when I asked what the problem was, they just told me that “they can’t accept it.” (I filed a complaint because of this) They are very unaccepting of dogs even when I tried to just pay for her, they gave me a hard time. My friend had already lived there and I was trying to move in with them. While he was there, his AC unit broke and took forever to fix. His fridge also broke and they had to keep coming back to repair it because they weren’t capable enough to fix the original issue the first time. He had to throw the food away in his fridge 5 times because they only cared for a temporary fix each time they came. So glad he got out of that place."

"Thoroughly enjoy living here. I love walking my dog around the complex. Everyone is very friendly, especially the office staff Linda & Megan. Just very annoyed that we aren't allowed to use our grills anymore. I live on the bottom floor of our building, no balcony....just walk straight out onto a patio. Everything was fine when we first moved in, then Plum had an accident and we can't grill anymore. This is Monroeville, not Plum."

It's well maintained, the staff is amazing (special acknowledgement to Linda the manager!), and there are great amenities like the pool and fitness center. Any time I had a maintenance issue, such as needing a new hot water heater, it was taken care of quickly and done well."

We enjoy the events held in the clubhouse for the holidays and how well kept the buildings are.
