"Went to view turned off just by leasing office hallway steps were filthy dirty building looked like it my hold roaches , I left didn’t even both looking at the apartment if the hallway to the leasing office looked that bad I’m afraid to see apartments. You guys have to do better appearance means a lot not to mention when I pulled up a little boy was on one of the balconies peeing over the side smh"

"I wouldn’t give this company the time of day. I was a first time renter and they did not even give me a chance because of this. Did not do a background or credit check just said no within 5 minutes of filling out the application and spending $100 doing so. Luckily I found a great spot and have been timely with my payments for a year now."

"The maintenance team is great. They come as soon as you call them. The rental office is on top of everything. The places could use a little updating but these are the cheepest you can find to rent in monroeville. You can get a safe place to stay for a decent price here. Update: I moved out of the lower building from apartment 2 recently. Just wanted to let the new tenants know that there is a kitchen ghost that makes you drop things frequently. There is also a smaller child spirit that walks up and down the hallway by the bathroom door and smaller bedrooms. I felt fine in the apartment but my mom is sensitive and wanted you to know. Thanks!"

"Decent looking apartments. Been here for a little over a year. The application process was unorganized. They lost our original lease and had to send another one to sign about 2 months after us moving in. Our a/c has been broke majority of the summer(still is 8/12- present). Seems like they just wanted to do a temporary fix until the a/c isn’t necessary. They gave us a portable one and it’s been stuck to one room. We have an esa & as you can imagine it is extremely hot for him. Management gives you the run around & try their hardest not to accommodate you. Your rent goes up after every year but you’re still getting the same service. Laundry/locker area has roaches and when notified the management assumed it was stink bugs. There’s only 2 washers and 2 dryers for a building of about 20 apartments so the laundry mat is necessary. Sent an email to the management almost 2 weeks ago and still no response. Looking to move soon! Would not recommend."
