"I actually get food here more than I get their tea so this review is primarily for their food lol I like their popcorn chicken and braised pork rice. I did not like their beef noodle soup though."

"Food has always been great but the service is horrendously poor. We wanted a hot taro drink and were using the self help machine to make our order. We did not see the hot option because it was hidden at a corner and went to ask the counter staff where could we get the hot option. They were just playing with their phones and did not bother to help us with the self checkout machine. We couldn’t get our drink heated in the end and they insisted we get a new drink. This is downright outrageous. We decided to get another drink elsewhere. We drove too far for this poor service Response to owner: Thank you for your response. To clarify, your staff did not show us how to order the ‘hot’ drink option when we asked. They were simply more interested in their phone. They were just unhelpful. Even when we asked where was the hot drink option after we got the drink, your staff just tapped the screen and walked off without a word. It is the non-verbal language that speaks volume about the attitude. We also indicated that we are more to willing to pay to heat up the drink. But given such attitude, we decided to just purchase it elsewhere."

"Nice bubble tea joint. Relative quiet, and a lot cleaner than ViVi Bubble tea. They had a Taiwanese stinky tofu special, which was powerful as to be expected. Other street food options are also tasty. Great spot to come in and knock out some telework."

"Delicious fresh, quality tea. I have only gotten two drinks so far (Kumquat Honey Fruit Tea and a random butterfly effect drink) and the kumquat was really fresh. I will need to try the other drinks but that kumquat drink is really good. The only complaint is that they're slow. Depending on the amount of orders they get, it could take approximately 15 minutes or more to complete. They still need to work on that but luckily you can order online and avoid the wait if you're not in the area yet. Edit (04/12/2023): Tried their Thai tea, 3Q, and fresh milk taro on different occasions. Quality is on point and fresh. The wait time has decreased and they have been getting more efficient. Love this place!"

"So excited to be able to have taiwanese fried chicken, my favorite dishes. The food was good but the store open very late during my visit at 1.30pm. The rice menu was good. Very recommended."
