Waffle House 808 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD 21078

"Went about a month ago. It was fairly busy but I think there was only one server. One person was on the grill and another person was doing things like cleaning and I believe he did help on the grill. I sat at the high counter at the far right. Two construction workers were right behind me and sat at the table to the left. The manager just stood there leaning against the cooler with his arms crossed. I waited at least 10 minutes because I was hungry and I like the food. The server was still running around to other tables and never came over to me or the table. The employees were mostly talking really loud about different things. In walks an older gentleman. He sits at the high counter to the far left and everyone working said his name really loud and the server immediately brought him coffee and they were chatting with him. So I got up to walked out. The manager was unphased and the construction workers were still there when I walked out. It's nice that they know their regulars but to immediately bring him a drink while not even bringing me one or anything? I've had poor service and it usually doesn't bother me too much but this was a slap in the face. I will never visit this location again and I hope the manager is reprimanded. He is a middle age guy with glasses and I believe brown hair."

"There aren't a lot of food options. The breakfast meats are all pork. They don't serve pancakes or waffles. Their waffle and grits were good. They didn't acknowledge me or offer me a seat. I sat myself down. When my date came in behind me, they acknowledged him, offered a seat, and brought utensils to the table I was already sitting at. The bench had a tear in in. A staff member poured sudsy water behind the counter/ all over the floor while staff were working. They had to track the water to serve us, and I was worried someone would fall back there."

"Food was amazing, even coming in for a late brunch. The waiter Marcus was extremely kind, courteous, engaging/funny, and attentive. The waffle (which is the main attraction) is the best I have had from a restaurant! It was busy, but not a long wait for the food after ordering."
