"I have gone through the drive-thru three times over the last 4 months hoping that the last bad cup of coffee was just that they were having an off morning. But this last cup of coffee still had an odd taste--not good. I don't know if it was the cream or the coffee. Plus, the staff never spoke except to ask what you wanted--no thank you, no smile, no have a good day. They were not a happy staff. The whole experience was unpleasant. I will not go there again. 3 strikes and you're out."

"I was down in Havre de Grace for the last few days on Vacation and everyone was very nice. The first day in the drive thru we ordered a lot of items so the patience was appreciated. Avid Dunkin Fan and this vacation di not change that."

"I'm not sure why this order was wrong both times I went through the drive through. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with turkey sausage and white cheddar cheese. The first time I came through the drive through, I received bacon (that I can't eat) and the second time through when I told them the order was wrong I got a sandwich with turkey sausage but no cheese and was cold. I'm not sure why this was even cold because I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and there's no way it got cold that quickly. Please make your food orders correctly- I'm so sick of this location either putting so much sugar in my drinks that I have to toss them out because they didn't make it the way it was ordered or receiving food that's not what I ordered."

"I was doing a long drive and I needed some coffee to continue driving, so I just decided to stop at this location for coffee and donuts. The combination of coffee and donuts were perfect, it was a treat I don’t have donuts regularly. I highly recommend this location for coffee or donuts."
