The Foundry at 41st

"One of the best apartments in PGH ever. We have moved out because of the relocation and we still miss here a lot! The location is good, Lawrenceville has so many bars and restaurants. You can easily drive onto the highway over the 40th Bridge. What we like the most is the staff are always so friendly and helpful all the time. Also, very pet friendly. The neighbors are very considerate. Hope we can visit the Foundry at 41st in the future again. You won’t regret living here."

"So I had a live virtual tour with a person working at the apartment, she was so rude not introducing herself or what we were looking at during the entire tour. She just kept walking silently and ignoring our questions. When I asked if residents here complain about the noise, and if there's a way to avoid that,she ignored the question at first and when I asked again, She said there's nothing they can do."

"I immediately liked the Foundry when I first visited. It's in high demand so there were no apartments available when I first inquired. Luckily, I was able to get a studio after a short wait. The apartments are very stylish and the amenities are a class apart. Being in Lawrenceville, the location is impeccable - right by Butler St. Any living space is only as good as the landlord and I must say the management has maintained the place very well. I have no idea how old the Foundry is but it still looks brand new! My maintenance and other requests are also processed in a rapid and friendly manner. I recently renewed my lease and hope to stay here quite a bit longer."
