"Very spacious units, can feel very lonely. The heat takes a long time to work and at times the key fob isn’t opening doors or at the bin. Half the units are for CozySuites and other are tenants , I say this so if you’re looking for community hard to find it here despite all the luxury amenities. Hard to find at first, but next door to the tram."

"While I’m not moving forward with this apartment location, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Danielle L. She made me feel more than welcome on my tour of the facility. She was kind, gracious, and provided the low-down on everything! You can tell how committed she is to making new or prospective tenants feel welcome (both from my experience and witnessing her welcome in a new tenant). I appreciated her demeanor thoroughly, and she truly left a positive impact on my day. Now the facility will speak for itself as it’s beyond beautiful, sadly it isn’t in the cards for me right now ."

"I really enjoy the dog friendly community and overall a great suite of amenities. The modern industrial aesthetic in the rooms is very cool as well. On top of everything the staff in the leasing office are all very personable and kind. The only thing missing is a pool, but overall I'm very happy here!"

"Front desk very unprofessional and lack of awareness. If you have a package coming be attentive and sign on it because you won’t be getting it if it has to depend on the front desk to do their jobs. No message, no note, you will get absolutely nothing. Items would have to be reported stolen to only find out that the front desk had it. A joke. Save time and make sure you don’t make this mistake."

"I had an appointment to view a unit here. I showed up on time. Called multiple times and no response. Emailed the property management to let them know I’m here and no one responded…some tenant let me in and I waited and waited and Taylor never showed, extremely unprofessional. If this this how prospective tenants are treated I wouldn’t even want to see what it’s like once you’re already in."
