As one of the few flat areas in Pittsburgh, the location works well for a wheelchair. There are elevators in two different entrances and covered parking (for a fee). Maintenance people are very responsive, and we like the way the current managers, Becky and Honesty, communicate with us — as valued residents, not inmates, as some management companies do. Having a handicapped button added to our security fob system at the street and parking entrances would make the place ideal."
