"Only go here if you want awful service, the bartender actually told us “you see these people over here… yeah they tip so I’m not gonna come to you” as my friend has a cash tip sitting by her beer bottle, I over looked how long it took to get server (30+ minutes for us to be acknowledged) as it was busy but when we first arrived the bartender was more worried about talking to friends at the bar then tending bar. I didn’t get mad about anything with regards from the tip comment until she moved her bottle to revel the $5 bill on a $10-$12 tab, but she responded with “well that’s not my problem”. It made it worse as I had her as a bartender the previous day… both days it was awful"
"I was charged a 3% fee for non cash payment. This is illegal for many reasons. 1) I used a debit card. According to visa’s merchant rules they can’t charge a fee for debit payments 2) they do not itemize this fee on the receipt which is also against visa merchant rules. My bill was $63.38 as shown in the receipt but I was charged $65.28 (not showing that receipt bc it has my card info on it). If they want to charge more then charge more. Credit card fees are part of your business build it into your operating costs! The reason this rule is in place is because it is deceptive and what Heritage is doing is deceptive."
"Very good restaurant overall - the food was very good and the atmosphere was great. It was low key and had beautiful outside areas with beautiful views. I got the fish tacos as my main dish and it was delicious. The main reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because the drinks are very weak, and the service was a little slow at times. But it's overall a very nice restaurant and nice atmosphere."
"Stopped in during brunch on Sunday. They had a decent brunch menu including $2 mimosas! I got a chef salad which was delicious. The view is always gorgeous on the patio as it overlooks Heritage Hills Golf Course. Great place to enjoy outdoor dining!"
"My husband and I ate here last Thursday evening. It did take a while to be seated. I have limited mobility and was taken downstairs to be seated inside. It did take a while to order beverages and more time to order food. It was Happy Hour and was very noisy and busy. We started with bang bang shrimp. It was good little spicy . My husband had the stuffed flounder with crab it was good came with risotto and green beans. He enjoyed his meal. It came in good time. I had the skirt steak which was cooked perfectly came with mashed potatoes with a demi glaze and green beans. My meal was very tasty. We also took a cheeseburger with fries home for our son. It looked good."
