"When I lived there, shut-off notices (utilities) started appearing on the front door of the buildings. Monthly. Utilities were included in the rental agreement. Found out management would hold off paying to the last minute (to earn the most interest on the funds) and walk at the last day/hour to pay for each building-separately. If they didn't arrive in time, then you would see the notices. Or they needed and spent the money on property taxes which they were behind."

"This is not a safe place to live! Very noisy. I spent half the winter without heat. I had to call the health department about it. Cigarette smoke was comming up through my floor. I had pneumonia due to this. I lived next door to a drug dealer. My mail was constantly getting stolen. No locked entryway. My oven never worked. I had mildew growing all over the walls"

"Dont live here property management is discriminating also not good with tenants also wont let you get in contact with the property supervisor. My mothers car was broken into by a tenants boyfriend and they allowed it to go on then she had moved in a convicted megans law offender and that was allowed.. management told my mother no dogs allowed but other tenants have dogs and poor maintenance"
