"This is a very good community! Josh is great to work with and is always very helpful and accommodating. The maintenance man Joseph is also great and stays on top of fixing things when needed. I HIGHLY recommend! I will say the parking lot needs a little work, but over all I give this place a 10 out of 10!"

"Convenient, friendly but not a great value or safe. Roads full of pot holes that could ultimately cause an accident if not traveled on carefully. May cause damage to the alignment on your vehicle if not careful, or an accident if you negotiate the holes and inadvertently hit a neighbor or if you walk into a hole and twist your ankle. I have been here 3 years and this will be my last lease I sign which will end in the summer of 2024. The current corporation that owns it is the third one in three years that I have rented here. The companies make money as long as they can and high tail it once the cost is a burden. High priced for small apartments. Raised rents every year. No work done to update the community housing. I must say that the roofs have finally been replaced on the ones that had tarps on them for 4 years. Yes, tarps to keep the rain from coming into the apartments. Kudos for Harbor Group Mng. Finally, wood siding on the eaves of the apartments as well as fences and railroad ties for outside walls are rotting. Critters love living rotting wood. I would not recommend living here. Come and look for yourself, if you dare."

"Current resident at Sherbrook apartments and would never tell anyone to live here. I have been here for almost two years the property has been sold and resold 2-3 times. The property manager offers no help whatsoever. There are a multitude of maintenance problems that should have been addressed months ago. I have reached out to property manager and even spoken to someone else about getting things fixed and nothing happens. Emails, phone calls, in person conversations do not work. The maintenance team is nonexistent. There is mold in my vent and on my wall. My ceiling is falling into my shower. The list goes on and on. When I do reach someone the answer is oh please bare with us we have one maintenance man for three different apartment complexes and he is just spread thin! She has not scheduled one appointment to start addressing the multiple problems. What is going on here is absolutely grotesque and no one should be put into this situation. I am highly embarrassed for this facility and plan on leaving as soon as possible."

"Love living here at Sherbrook apartments. Quiet, friendly neighbors, feels like a home and not an apartment. Separate entrance, privacy, & no hallways or elevators. Holly, administrator & Eric, maintenance man, do a great job whenever they are needed."
