The Flats at Summit Station

"My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 months. We lived here in 2021 as well, but only for 5 months because of a job opportunity out of state. Both times our experience has been great. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. I’ve never had an issue getting ahold of someone. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, this place is my favorite by far! It is really nice to have property managers that genuinely care about the residents and community. Nicole and Josh are great and were super helpful when we were arranging our move back to the state. Maintenance is also great, very friendly and quick to fix things. The silver line t is right down the hill so it is very convenient if you are commuting downtown. It is the last stop so it’s a bit of a long trip but still beats driving. The apartments themselves are quite nice. They are very modern and we never hear our neighbors (we are on the top floor so I can’t speak for those with upstairs neighbors)."

"We lived here for a year and were extremely pleased. First time we'd lived in an apartment and couldn't hear our neighbors. Any time there was maintenance issue, they were very prompt and attentive. The front office was exceptional, even helping out with a mail issue after we'd already moved out. Finally, the proximity to the Montour Trail is fantastic, particularly if you're into biking or have a dog to walk. If you're interested in the area, take a look at this place!"

"Moved to this place after being assigned to the west side of Pennsylvania for work, and was welcomed with open arms. Great environment with brand new apartments and appliances. Whenever I had an issue maintenance or on call maintenance fixed with issue immediately. Excellent apartments with excellent people for a great price. Would highly recommend The Flats at Summit Station!"
