"Pros Beautiful property with lots of green space and easy access to the trail system. Very friendly staff and maintenance team with fast response to any issues. Mostly friendly neighbors and a very safe property to call home. Cons Like most things these days, the apartments are overpriced considering a lack of many of the amenities newer apartments offer. The apartments are also older and not very energy efficient, so be prepared to pay extra for energy. If you are a pet owner, be prepared to pay a pet fee and monthly pet rent of $45. I am not sure why they charge such a high pet rent when they do not supply potty stations or bags."

"My husband and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We are enjoying living here so far. The staff and maintenance were very helpful in our transition here. The complex is beautiful and we like how the buildings are set up on the property. There is lots of space between the buildings so it doesn't feel crowded. Our building is fairly quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We are pleased with the apartment itself as well and have had few issues. All in all, we feel like it's a pretty solid place to live for the price."

"My husband and I have lived at Lindenbrooke for the past 3 years. It’s an apartment complex. It has its normal problems that come with living in a large community. But it’s a nice quiet neighborhood with good schools around. Maintenance is there to fix your problems. Front office try’s and gets things resolved in a timely manner. I’d give 4/5 stars. Because it does have nice amenities, updated apartments, good lawn service, nice pool, trails, and near by places to eat or grab quick items."

"I have been a resident here for at least 3 years and the apartments are great. The maintenance team and addition to the leasing team are great. They are very considerate when coming in to fix things and the leasing office does a great job with answering questions and getting back to you promptly. You just have to be careful during the winter the trucks come by when they can but sometimes the main road is very icy. Overall a very great place to live!"

"1/5/2021: I've had a great experience working with Bryant in finding my new home. He addressed many of my concerns with honesty and found out additional information for me very quickly. I really appreciate that. I am looking forward to moving here in the spring! I plan to update this review with additional information and comments after moving in. 1/22/2022: While everyone's experience will be different, my experience living at Lindenbrooke Apartments was pleasant and enjoyable. Prior to moving in March, 2021, I contacted Bryant about moving my lease start date ahead by one day and he was able to make it happen very quickly, which I was very appreciative of. Personally, I never had any major maintenance issues besides a very slowly draining kitchen sink upon move-in. I did submit a maintenance request and I think the first time around all that was done was removed the sink drain cover. After a few more weeks, I resubmitted my request and the maintenance staff addressed my issue. My unit was located directly next to the pool, which was very convenient. An issue that other residents had to deal with in regards to the pool was that the pool house was closed for the entirety of the 2021 pool season. I feel like that should have been an issue that was addressed and taken care of in advance. Thankfully, I was a short walk away from my own unit, but others were not. Some days there were staffing issues when it came to the pool, but that's not necessarily something that Lindenbrooke can 100% control besides hiring more attendants. My apartment was newly renovated upon move-in and I was very impressed with the new carpeting, cabinets, paint, etc. One thing that I did not like; however, was that my apartment still contained some smoke smell from the previous resident. Eventually, I got used to it, but guests that I had over noticed the smell. The complex is quiet and peaceful. There is quick and easy access to the Montour Trail. I've had nothing but good experiences with the leasing and office staff. There are minor maintenance and upkeep considerations that I think the staff should become more aware of and take care of, but other than that it has been a great place to live."
