"~THEY DON'T SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED PICKUPS. ~PATIENTS DON'T GET TO THEIR DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. ~HEALTH CARE IS JEOPARDIZED. ~DOCTORS ARE LOST. ~PATIENTS SUFFER AND DON'T RECEIVE NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION. If you want to constantly put a loved one, friend or patient into this kind of traumatizing position and compromising situation then this company may be for you. If you'd rather they get to medical appointments on time, without repeated cancellations and/or losing their doctors for no-shows, then don't use this company. They are undependable, unprofessional, careless, inconsiderate and don't even have the good manners or good sense to call a patient to tell them that they're not coming to take them to their scheduled appointment. Nice, huh? So, your loved one, friend or patient has to wait for months for another appointment (if their not terminated from the practice for repeated no-shows because of this company) and in the meantime their conditions worsen, or they have to begin the treacherous search for a new doctor. Usually, they end up in the emergency room. All because an unprofessional, uncaring and unprincipled company seems to care less about the health and wellness of the people needing their transportation services. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE."

"Very important medical appointment for my mother. Scheduled ride. 15 mins early downstairs in lobby. No show driver at set time of 8:15. Appointment is at 845. Called at 820. “Five minutes” they said. 25 minutes later called again because now we should be at the appointment. Said “9 minutes”. Got to appointment 9:17 and can not be seen. Ridiculous excuse for any type of service let alone a medical transport. Could cause someone a health hazard. UPMC should drop them immediately"

"Fabulous transportation. I had had two eye surgerys and Judy's team driver waited 3 hours until I was done. Always on time. Super nice professional people. I never had an unpleasant driver. Love this company. Thank you so much. You are highly appreciated."

"Ruined medical appointments on multiple occasions, and I won't use them anymore. Neither should you. Latest disaster 11/8/23. I was out in front of my house 15 minutes early. Called 1/2 hr later when no driver showed up. On hold a long time, then employee had no idea what was going on. wait of five more minutes, then fed me a B.S. lie about "an unforseeable event". I replied, "You mean "unforseeable" like all phone service in your area suddenly crashing so it was impossible for you to pick up the phone and call your customer and say that you weren't going to get him to his medical appointment?? Then I was told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes, then the most famous lie in the world: "just five minutes", making my pickup 45 minutes late ... but that was a lie too. I wound up arriving 49 minutes late. Would YOUR doctor let you walk in 49 minutes late and still see you? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have ridden with this company several times but today was my best experience thus far. My driver, whose name was Brain (spelling?) took me to a medical appointment, then my pharmacy, then back to my home. He ensured my safety and comfort the entire time but since I was open to conversation, kept me quite entertained as well with facts about animal species and stories about his own pets as well as other topics of interest to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my trips with this particular driver and hope he is assigned to more of my trips in the future! A safe AND pleasant driver started my day off well!"
