"Very rude resident services management. When describing an issue I was having, she refused to provide further details to explain the issue I was dealing with and then asked if I would like to be transferred to another manager. Before I could even say yes she transferred me, essentially hanging up on me. The manager I was transferred to was very helpful and explained the issue with greater detail so I could understand. Overall very nice staff, but that one manager was very rude and disrespectful."

"Great community, everyone is so nice and quick to help. I very quickly renewed and I have had no issues yet with management. The apartment is very spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet."

"Highly do not recommend living here, countless of issues upon arrival. My apartment was noticeably not checked before move in . Multiple damages to the apartment that had not been fixed . Maintenance is nice. Upon tours they only show you nice apartments but don’t show you the reality of what you’ll be getting if you live there . The layout is nice and it overall would be a great place to live if they actually took care of the apartments like they should ."

"The stay was nice however move out was rough as I wanted to end my lease early and the office told me I was not allowed to pay out my lease and charging me damaged that had been there prior to the move in date. Management will not take responsibility for their own damages and expect their residents to fix their mess up. I registered my cat 3 times and they still said they had no record of an animal being there. They claim to do inspections before the move in but don’t take note of damages that were already there. However, the maintenance men were always there when I was in need of assistance in the apartment and were always super nice. There are plenty of hidden fees on your portal when you pay for rent an extra $10-$15 on top of the rent with no in detail explanation."
