Sharon Park Manor Apartments

"I’m finally able to log in to edit my review. I moved out of sharon park after they increased rent 2 times during the pandemic. It felt like it was insensitive to what people were experiencing to rapidly raise rent. Also the walls are incredibly thin, at times I could hear what my neighbors were doing in the bathroom when I was in my living room or kitchen."

"Let me just say the customer service at Sharon Park goes above and beyond. The property manager Austin is extremely accomadating. i explained to him that my last apartment was ran by a slum lord and I was very hesitant to get into another lease agreement. From that point on Austin did everything he could to make sure my move in was as seamless as possible. Thank you so much Austin and the team at Sharon Park!!"

"My husband and I are trying to rent a 2 bedroom apartment here. I spoke with Austin, and set a viewing appointment within the time parameters so he can notify the tenant of our arrival. We set a time and meeting place. My husband and I showed up, and no one was there and Austin didn’t bother to answer the phone. We waited for 15 minutes in case he was running late. Still a no show. Despite this example of poor customer service, I called back to notify him about the no-show and to set up a new appointment. I found it interesting that he didn’t bother to take my name or phone number either time. And he also didn’t apologize nor take ownership of not showing up or answering the phone. Anyways we set the new viewing date. We showed up and yet again no answer from Austin nor did he arrive. I sent him a text because he obviously doesn’t check his voice mail. Within 5 to 10 minutes of sending the text, we called Austin back and he shut his phone off. This is really weird behavior from a business. And we no longer trust their availability or willingness to solve future problems if we become tenants."

"I would highly recommend Sharon Park Manor to anyone moving to the Pittsburgh area. It was the only place I could find that offered short leases (3 months to start then month to month after that) which made it incredibly convenient for my move to Pittsburgh. The units are very clean and all appliances worked great despite being a little outdated. The apartment manager is very reasonable and very easy to get in contact with. I had one leak in the bathroom but it was fixed within a few days and it was easy to report the issue through their website. I would be surprised to find the same quality, benefits, and affordability that Sharon Park Manor offers anywhere in or near Moon Township."

"Its a beautiful place to live. Apartment and surroundings are clean. Property Manager: Austin is a great guy, he helped us in every possible way. Maintenance request response is quick. And they do short term lease also. Most of the shopping places is walkable from this place. Nice area to live in."
