"Converted hotel into dorms. Main entry way/conference space and restrooms are nice, bottom-floor café is great/modern, but that's where it ends. The hotel-style kitchen on the main floor *could* be nice and was for the one or so semesters it was usable when it was reopened after covid restrictions, but now the stoves are broken and it's generally grimy even after cleaning and scrubbing. Nothing seems to be maintained. Going up to the actual dorms, the elevators smell increasingly more like urine and also don't seem to have ever been cleaned in the nearly 4 years we've had to visit. The carpets on each floor are gross and every floor/every dorm feels damp and musty and smells like it. The "spacious" rooms have one very small entryway closet with no door and the two school-provided "closets" take up huge amounts of the floor space so the room ends up feeling small and crowded. Air circulation is nil. The biggest perk to the place (aside from the café) are the (admittedly great-to-have) individual bathrooms in each room."

"This was an old Holiday Inn made into dorms for RMU. We had an ice cream social there. It's very nice."

"Lived here 2 years now, occasionally some issues with the shuttle but overall very nice. Alarms are annoying but the café is great. 2020 was limited because of Covid but they reopened some of the features like the kitchen and fitness center which are nice as well."

"Maintenance is poor but the rooms are nice. Found mold on the wall the first year I lived here and my roof leaked this year. Overall nice place. Shuttle can be annoying though."
