"Lived here for 2 months so far . Everything so far has been satisfactory. The building is quiet and clean. Plenty of parking and very close to the interstate and all the stores you need for shopping. Rachelle our leasing agent made everything smooth and easy for getting the lease signed and moving in. She has been very helpful. Laundry on site is a plus ! The only thing I have to say that I really dislike is there is no recycling. Now that might be out of the apartments control and an issue with the town of Coraopolis. Either way it’s a bummer."

"Nice and quiet, but Suuuper old building. They “renovated” some units but you cant renovate the smell of an old apartment. Been here for just about 2 yrs, and when the wind blows, you’ll face a blackout. Im going thru my 20th blackout this yr right now. Staff are nice though."
