Woodland Knolls Apartments

"I lived here years ago when I was a young girl for about a year our family lived there and at the time which that was probably 25 or more years ago I didn't think that they were that bad at all in quality or anything of that sort but recently I had a friend who moved into the apartments and I went to visit her and for her to show me her apartment and it pretty much looked exactly the same as it did 25 or so years ago so that being said seems like they may need to do some updates on their apartments and get them in better shape for sure but considering they are a subsidized housing. I'm sure that most people in that situation would be happy to live anywhere so considering all that I would say that this isn't the worst place you could live but it isn't the best either. So I think that if you're interested in an apartment here you should definitely look into it and do due diligence on anything inside the apartment that may be needing fixed or whatever."

"Went down hill. I lived up there for years use to be nice,no laundry rooms,someone broke into it.iThey never did anything about it.Dont keep grass mowed..let things go..no maintenance. Lot people live there for free!!YOU got to fix things yourself!!!!.People say when they move in that it's for me & my daughter, then move there boyfriends in for free!!They know that too but do nothing!They know how to use the system!!But did have a good neighbor.."
