"This place is very clean and well taken cared. Everyone that works here takes pride in this property. I was impressed most of all that the windows where streak free, print free and not even foggy. This place is nice and quiet. I haven't heard anything. The gal at the desk was very nice, well prepared and the front desk and what I could see through the door way, was very well organized. We carried on a conversation and had a couple of laughs. I most Def will come back. I'm from Ytown area here for a quiet getaway and to see family. I can't forget, there is a pool and hot tub, laundry area and fitness room. I peaked in on them. They too, are kept well. I stayed in room 202."

"I checked in Christmas Eve 2023. I was received warmly and the room is spacious and clean. Was informed Breakfast was to be served between 4 am and 9 am. I awoke and made my way down to the dining area 6:30 AM to find that nothing had been prepared. I asked the desk clerk if I had missed my opportunity for Breakfast she informed me that the person tasked with preparing the meal isn’t going to be here today. Problem is it is Christmas morning and no restaurant is open so we are kind of out of luck. I also would like to be home enjoying my family but I have to be many states away and working through this holiday as well as the many other guests here this morning. I’m not pleased with how this turned out"

"The reason I gave it 1 star we booked this hotel because we wanted to use the hot tub. We even called the hotel and asked about pool and hot tub hours and no one mentioned the hot tub was broke. We stayed 20 min out of our way for this. The rooms where really nice and clean no bed bugs we searched. The staff was friendly and courteous. We liked that the pool hours where 24/7 the pool was a little on the cold side. I wish we knew the breakfast started at 4 am cause we where still up. They also do offer late checkout very nice option. They do need to work on making there rooms more sound proof we could hear kids running around until 4:30 am."

"All staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean and accommodating. Houseman Dave was An amazing soul. He took the time to give me some directions, a little info on the town and even gave me some chili for lunch as it came across in conversation how sick of fast food we are. Was very impressed with them serving dinner on Wed night, housekeeper Shanika, did an amazing job on her chili. It was a great touch. Overall a great stay with very good staff!"

"Great hotel. Extremely clean, staff constantly mopping and cleaning and wiping down surfaces. Building was remodeled and still has new feel. Gym is outstanding for this type of hotel. New cardio machines, dumbbells, 2 adjustable benches and weight tower. Had the pleasure of speaking with David while in the gym. David is a true gem and goes beyond his role to make sure guests are happy. He checked on me while cleaning and had a nice conversation, and clearly takes great pride in his position of managing the facilities which have all been top notch. We stayed in the Charleston, WV Holiday Inn Express and it was no where near the cleanliness and friendliness we have experienced here."
