"This is getting ridiculous. The current manager constantly loses important documents, RENT and likes to change up the rules depending on if she needs a little bit of extra cash in her pocket. Every month it's something. People have had to go to her office and find paperwork in their own files because she's said she never received it! Calling headquarters today because so many tenants want to file complaints about her, but they are petrified of her eviction threats!"
