"Very nice staff, reasonable rates, excellent breakfast, clean, they go out of there way to make you as comfortable as possible!! Alot of stores near by, I would give A higher rating if I could! I'm very very picky about where I stay, And I'm the first to complain when something is wrong! I will for sure stay here again!!"

"Checked in on a Friday toilet was clogged. Saturday morning let the staff at main desk know about the issue and she was going to get me a plunger to do it myself. I had to get to my appointment and couldn't take care of it at that moment. Came back Saturday evening and the desk clerk was more than willing to give me a plunger to play plumber for a problem that existed before I even checked in. No one did anything during the day while I was gone. I plunged the toilet myself with no mess. I checked out Sunday morning and left the room very clean. By Wednesday I have a $150.00 charge on my credit card. When I called the front desk to question the charge they accused me of leaving feces all over the room, on towels and the bedding. It's an absolute scam because the room was absolutly clean when I left it. What recourse do I have but a lousy review? Do I have to start videoing my room before I leave it? I'm done with Comfort Inn and everyone is going to know it."

"The perfect hotel if you're visiting the pavilion at star lake. It's a quick 10-15 minute drive from the venue. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The free breakfast is a huge plus and the indoor pool is well maintained. Lits of restaurants and shopping nearby as well."

"Decent accommodations, helpful staff. Finding more places that don't have the sink in the bathroom but out in the room. Makes it a little difficult to do things whenever other people are still sleeping but a minor inconvenience given that the room rate is fairly decent."

"Classic 2 star hotel. Rooms were clean and moderately updated. Nothing to write home about but nothing remarkable. Unfortunately what was remarkable in the wrong way was breakfast. It’s a Saturday morning and the breakfast area is a disaster. I thought maybe it could have been a fluke that it was so bad, but looking deeper you can tell it’s a core problem. Broken coffee dispenser, leaking juice dispenser, unwiped tables, empty cereal dispensers, empty hot food Chaffer, no juice cups, one silverware packet, extra watery lumpy waffle mix and general uncleanliness are just a few of the red flags here. Management needs to take a look at the breakfast situation and make a change. Hopefully this review brings attention to the right people because that is down right embarrassing."
