"Never rent here, place is run by a slumlord that hires less than competent people and drunks for a maintenance crew. Buildings are poorly kept and smell awful, i had 2 cockroach infestations within the 1 year i lived there. The Landlord, Morgan, hardly acknowledges concerns or issues as well. You can find that out just by asking around the neighborhood. Just yesterday morning the Weirton Code Enforcers were in the neighborhood, likely because something here is not up to code (perhaps the missing wall beneath my apartment unit...? ) Overall a place thats best worth avoiding until new management is in order there"

"The rent is kinda high for small apartments yet the ppl I live around are nice and respectful. We have a clean n quiet neighborhood that is maintained. The landlord is likable n fair."

"My fiance and I lived here for a year, in my opinion it’s not a terrible place to live and the only reason we moved is because we were quickly outgrowing the space. Morgan is a great landlord, always answered quickly and sent maintenance over asap for any issues. Some of the other tenants can be loud but most have families with young kids and leave you alone. It’s not perfect but no home is unless you personally build it from the ground up. These are good apartments, Morgan and the maintenance team are working very hard to make them better."

"Can confirm, the person that answers the phone has a combative attitude, she didn't want to schedule an appointment with me to show me the vacant apartments. I wonder if the owner knows how little she tries to keep the facility rented and profitable Btw, if you're theowner and you are reading this I am looking for a job and I would do a better job for you."
