"I have lived in my apartment for almost four years. Prior to moving here, I searched throughout our city for an apartment that met my needs. When I viewed the apartments at the Laurel Springs complex, I knew immediately this was where I wanted to be. The grounds and facilities are neat and well-maintained, the building is secure on the exterior door, as well as each individual apartment. On the few occasions when I have had a maintenance need, the response has been quick and complete. The entire facility is quiet and peaceful, no matter the time of day. The facility manager develops creative ideas to enhance the complex such as food trucks throughout the summer and decoration contests on holidays. I recommend this facility to anyone who asked."

"I have been living at Laurel Springs for over two months now and it has been a great experience so far. It is very easy to get in touch with management and maintenance for any issues. The property is well maintained and clean, and there's lots of beautiful places nearby to go for walks or a run! Neighbors are all very friendly and it's a relatively peaceful & quiet place. I'm very happy I chose this complex and have no complaints thus far."

Ladies, gents and children of all ages and everything in between. Maintenance is does not fall short. If something is wrong with your apartment, they are just one call away. "I have lived at Laurel Springs the past 9 months and I am overall satisfied. Good location, feels safe, new, and secure. Maintenance is perfect. However, I have some complaints. Firstly communications with the leasing office are frustrating because they do everything via email/text/call. As I would prefer in-person communication, things that could have been cleared up in 15 minutes have taken days. Despite this, everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful! Secondly, it is clear that this is a corporation I am giving my money to. For example, there is a $10 processing charge for paying rent online that accumulates to $120/year which can all be avoided if you write an “e-check” rather than a direct withdrawal. But they will never tell you this work-around unless you complain. Overall Laurel Springs is a high quality place to live if you are willing to pay the price. The community is quiet and friendly, laundry is accessible, and there is great storage space in the apartments. Maintenance is responsive, and it has been a peaceful place to live. Edit: I am pretty sure my problems with the leasing office were due to old management who have now been replaced."

"Laurel Springs has been a great place to live for the last 2 years! It’s right by where I need to go to school which is very convenient. They have study rooms for people who would like to switch up where they study at. I have had no problems with my neighbors and everyone is very friendly. The food trucks are a fun way to get the whole community together. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems I have had. Overall a good experience!"
