"Landlord is very rude, I'm a young person looking for a place to live, and immediately felt unwelcome and extremely uncomfortable due to how she talked to myself and my mom who came for support. I am definitely never renting from this place. Didn't show us around, gave no information on the place, first thing out of her mouth was a speech on how I shouldn't rent. It just seemed like she didn't want me to rent at this property which is no issue because I have no desire to now."

"Avoid this property! I can not believe someone in Real Estate business can be so impolite! I had to call the office several times to get the property manager (Julie) on the phone to find out about their availability in Belle Village townhomes. She was supper rude on the phone with me. The property by itself is in good shape but I am not renting a place that has a bad management."

"The address listed is not the actual complex, so watch out for that when visiting. But this has been the absolute best place I’ve ever lived. It’s beautiful and peaceful, there are dogs everywhere, and my little family (my two cats and boyfriend) has never been happier! Julie is so nice and responds quickly to maintenance issues and any questions we have. You won’t regret moving here."
