"I would give this store negative review if possible. Very very bad experience. Employee was totally rude and totally out of line. Did an online order, got an email saying the order is ready, and I called to confirm its actually ready. I got told its not ready and when I enquired why I got an email saying its ready, I am told to ask Ace hardware online and he's just an employee. He expects that I go into the store and shop like a regular person instead of ordering online. Please take off the option to order online if you have so much of an issue managing online orders. This is no way to behave to a customer. Cancelled the order. The store needs to train their employees to behave."

"I always find the help I need in the store. The staff is always glad to help. I was by a Home Depot near my son's house. No one to help me, wandering around and realizing what I needed was out of stock. Ace had everything I needed. Shop local!"
