"After visiting 2 other glass company's in the valley who didn't seem interested in installing a glass door for my new shower, stopped at Bethlehem Glass Works who sent someone out within 2 days to look at my shower to create an estimate which I received the next day. Took 2 weeks to order the glass and hardware, then scheduled their installers for the following week. Only took the installers 2hrs to complete the install. Very satisfied with their work, fair pricing and finished product. Would definitely recommend them over anyone else in the valley for glass for your shower."

"Being a small business person myself, I want to be fair here. The "work" was professional and well done. The man that came out to do the work was timely and informative. Unfortunately for Bethlehem Glass, there are more people involved and the young lady out front appeared to be the root of those problems. First instance was the Friday I took off work and drove across town to order the door and put the deposit down. Apparently posted hours are only when they feel like it because the store was closed. I left a note with contact info but no reply. The second issue was when she called me to say the glass had arrived with the wrong hardware and they needed to reschedule installation after they received the correct order. Okay, this happens. But you would think we'd get some kind of apology, especially after the first event. But no. Her attitude was matter of fact and like it was just something WE had to deal with. The glass did arrive and was installed after the estimated time. Again, no apology for any inconvenience. Lastly, I was told by the gentleman installing the glass that I would receive the paid invoice via email. Weeks later I had to call for it. Again, no apology from her. Not sure I would use them again if I needed glass services. Adams Glass has always been professional and very friendly and accommodating."
