"I give Eddinger 2 stars rather than 1, because the drivers were always very nice and professional for the 3 years we used their services. We were bound by contract with Eddinger per our builder, Rotelle, which is a whole different awful experience. We recently moved and had our tank filled by Tank Farm for about 25% the cost as Eddinger. Yes, 25% the cost for about the SAME amount of propane. Any time we called Eddinger we got attitude and were told they had no control of pricing and we were paying “market rate”. Look it up for yourself and stop giving these people business."
"Excellent customer service. We had a new pool heater installed. On short notice they were able to set a tank and fill late on a Friday so we could enjoy it for the first weekend of the season. I have been a customer for some time now. Their autofill system works really well, we never run out and they're pricing is always where it should be, not like some other companies where it goes up and up until you call and complain. Whenever I have checked, they are either at the market low price or even lower. You guys are the best."
