"ABC is a great company. I've used them for windows, siding, doors, and the usual things they specialize in. They have great pricing that I can't beat anywhere else. Only drawback, this location is terrible to work with over the phone. They don't always have an answer to my questions, and they have to do more digging, but they never follow up with an answer. They are great at taking my question and taking a number to call me back, but not so good on answering my question. I have over a dozen instances where they were to follow up on things like specs, product availability, price, etc. And they never called back. I just have to go into the store each time to get in front of someone and get an answer."
