The previous owner of our house had taken the bolt out of the rim lock on the front door, and two locksmiths passed on fixing it. When we took the lock off the door and went to Ball and Ball (on the advice of a restoration specialist), it turned out they knew exactly how to fix it which they did very promptly. The people are very warm and welcoming. I had a door knocker in need of polishing and sealant. Bob was very friendly and said he had time to do it.
