"Eddie. Always takes great care of his customers!"
"I don't know the name of the guy that was there on the afternoon of 01/14/24 but he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great experience."
"Horrible service. Went into buy some floor tiles for our bathroom and was treated like an inconvenience at the front counter. When we went to load them onto the truck the guy slammed the first one down, so I offered to help load the second box. Than a different man came out with the third box, loaded it and whipped out a liability form to sign. He said I couldnt leave until I signed the form. Mind you I had already paid for the tiles and they were fully loaded into the truck bed. I signed no papers and agreed to NOTHING when I purchased the tiles inside the store. He said If I didnt sign he wouldnt let us leave and would take the tiles off our truck bed. THATS CALLED THEFT. He gave no real explination and was a smug jerk about the whole thing, and tried to use intimidation on a customer. Whats wrong with both of these guys? I was very polite to both of them and their attitudes were uncalled for. Ever hear of basic respect and good customer service?"
"We purchased approximately 2,200 sq feet of your Coreluxe lvp, 13 matching custom treads, in addition to base molding, and transition strips. The product purchased was sold to us as a life proof flooring that would work best for our lifestyle, family size, and dog. We installed flooring in several rooms upstairs (ones not typically used daily) and started to install downstairs. Scratches occurred in our hallway, living room and bathroom which caused great concern. At that point we decided to stop the installation and reached out to the store we purchased it from. They suggested we contact the warranty department. We did, sent pictures and a list of concerns. They asked us to send two full boxes so they could be tested, which we did. They were certain it would be from the same lot even though we bought over 2.5 pallets. Within days we received an email saying there were no issues and the flooring passed the 3 tests. When we responded to that email asking for further information and again express our concerns we were dismissed. I reached out asking to speak with a supervisor, was given contact information and sent her an email. That was last week and no response. As I've said before, we spent over $7,000 and have started to remove the flooring we just put down due to poor quality and lack of durability. We sent pictures showing damage in several areas. Here is the response, note that scratches are not covered under warranty. Basically if there are people, pets, sinks, toilets, furniture, shoes, kids, toys or appliances in your home, this product is not for you. "Good Afternoon, I hope you all are doing well. I’m sending this email in regards to your flooring concern. I have spoken with my team in regards to your recent communications with us in regards to your floor and having to take it up. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to further assist with the flooring concern due to the scratches not being covered under our warranty and the planks passing our QA sample review. Per the warranty, we cover for finish wear concerns due to normal residential use conditions that result in the exposure of the decorative layer, in which we had the right to investigate to validate that. But we don’t cover for site and environmental related concerns such as scratches. It states on page 5 of the warranty, “Site and Environmental Conditions. Defects or damages resulting from: site conditions (such as extreme heat, radiant heat (for some products), or exposure to sand); indentations and scratches (caused by furniture, heavy rolling loads like un-modified wheels on caster chairs, castor chairs without protection mats, heavy electric wheel chairs, metal or thin wheels on appliances, tools, grit, heels, pets nails and claws, toys, etc.); improper maintenance and accidents; misuse and abuse. These items are not covered under this limited warranty” On page 33 of the warranty and install guide, there is care and maintenance guide for you to look at on how the take care of the floor and how prevent denting, gouges and scratches on the floor since it still can be damaged if not careful. It was stated by you all that the floor has been pulled up. If you decide to reinstall the floor or possibly install a new floor with us, we would recommend you to review the install and warranty guide for that particular floor. We appreciate your time and patients with us and thank you for choosing LL Flooring.""
"This has been the worst experience I've had with a home improvement project or dealing with a business, period. I won't even get into how they dropped the ball more than once from when I ordered my flooring in June to when it was finally delivered in July when I had boxes upon boxes of flooring in my house for a whole additional month until it was finally installed. My flooring installation was completed the first week of August. I contacted LL Flooring afterward to address several issues. -I was invoiced for charges that were not a part of my installation and services that were not provided, adding up to over $1000. (i.e. charged $700 dumpster fee when no dumpster was provided and we had to dispose of old flooring ourselves when installers left it in our driveway, charged $70 toilet removal fee when none of our bathrooms were part of the install.) -I brought to their attention several quality issues with the install, along with pictures of the issues(1/4 round trim not installed properly or at all in some areas, damage done to my existing baseboard trim, light fixtures broken by fault install crew that I was to be reimbursed for, deep scratches and gaps in flooring that occurred during install, to name a few). Also had some quality issues with the flooring itself(manufacturer defects such as stamped lines on pieces of flooring, wavy edges on flooring, etc.) That being said these were by no means minor issues. And for spending over $10k on the flooring and installation, which is supposedly guaranteed, no one has addressed these issues months later, despite several attempts contacting the store and their "customer care" department. Three months later and I'm still left with incomplete and shoddy work, quality issues with my "high quality" wood laminate flooring, and well over $1000 of invalid charges. And after hours of my own time spent trying in vain to just get these issues resolved. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere, anywhere. Even Home Depot or Lowe's installation, customer service and satisfaction is better than this place. And if you do want to take your chances here, I'd recommend using your own credit card to pay. At least that way you can dispute the charges through them - maybe that would at least get their attention. Attached are just a few photos representing the quality of work you could receive..."
