"Female manager and female employee are extremely rude. I asked for help on a sale they had going on. That I just received the email about. But since it was for the day before she wouldn't honor it and practicly yelled at me. I had to call corporate and they sent me the item at the discounted sale rate. Was that easy she just didn't want to do. It. I suggest harbor looks for a older more proof manager that actually knows about tools. She's a joke. And giving the store a bad name im a contractor I spend on average 30 thousand dollors on tools and materials a month. Due to her i will not bring my business there. I'm sorry harbor. Good store terrible female manager my apolagies for not knowing her name."
