"I waited upwards of 2 hrs and 10 mins to have a personal income tax done. The woman filling out my taxes made it a point to say this was her first year doing taxes. The woman had to bring her boss in multiple times and seemed unsure of her work. Also they charged me a flat fee of 125$ and that’s not even including a physical copy. One out of five stars, I will never return. The owner has since reached out to me offering compensation, for time and wrongful fees charged. She offered this as a one time 50$ off federal tax return fee next year and to do the job herself. I declined."
