It's good to go somewhere where they know your name year after year."

"Gone there for a few years no complaints. Now with covid it's not so friendly with bringing kids. When significant other is filing, you will need to wait outside if filing jointly and your kids are with. Best get a babysitter if possible or bring plenty of entertainment for in the car. They don't tell you this in advance so best heed this advice. With that said they do a good job as usual."

"I have been dealing with H&R BLOCK for many years now and have always been well taken care of. I used to do our own taxes but at some point it became harder and harder to do with extra papers to file and what not. H&R BLOCK has made my life simpler and taken the stress of doing our own taxes away. I have been taken of yearly by Melanie Daukshus. So I kind of look forward to seeing her each year because I know once I leave her office my stress has been relieved for that tax year! Plus it's usually a pleasant experience working with her as she tries to make the stressful situation a lot less stressful. I feel everyone I interact with at the office is pleasant to deal with.
