"I would never recommend someone to this company I've always did my own taxes but after having a child in 2021 I wanted to make sure my daughter was getting the full amount owed to her, and I could really use the tax advance, I expected to pay maybe $200 tops for just myself with one w2 and one child after the gentleman assured me there would be no reason I wouldn't get the advance payment for a portion of my return with as much as I'm getting back. Well after charging me $600 he told me I'd get a text/email from the bank informing me how much they would allow up front within an hour or two, Well I wasn't approved for an advance I'm getting $ 9,000 back and they wouldn't advance any of that. I only agreed to the service of $600 after the man working assured me I would get the advance payment so now I'm not only not getting the advance I also am being charged $600 for a simple tax service I didn't have a bunch of papers it was myself with one w2 and my 5 month old child I hope your happy as a company taking away from single mother and their child with the promise of if we use j.H you'll receive advance payment. It's a lie and I will tell everyone I know to never use your service you should be ashamed of your selfs!"
