"Very slow.. arrived at 10:30 AM for 11 AM appointment. Got dock at 1:00 pm and it's 2:30 now and still at dock"
"Not in a hurry by any means, and as stated in many other reviews that they go by apt. but the apt time they claim is different than what we had. In our case the apt. was later so we were early for delivery and they still went 3 hours past the apt time. Total of 7 hrs. before unloaded and then complaining that it would have been faster if the other guy did not put us in a door when he did so it seams that they like to blame one another as well. Will be avoiding this one in the future."
"0 communication, arrived before the appt time, after few hours past the appt time they came to tell us they cannot unload us today because they do not have capacity. There was a possibility to get unloaded in their other facility but they refused to give us and try it there. Never ever will go to this facility."
"WORST PLACE TO DELIVER! I made it on time for my appointment they got me in a door almost 3 hours after my app and then I've waited another hour until they started. Their excuse was that they were backed up, try to avoid it if possible."
"It was my first and last time working with this company. The guy who was on duty was very rude and allowed himself to talk in a very disrespectful and offensive way. Very unprofessional. Worked very slowly. They did not assign me to the docks although they were empty. Gave me the wrong time although they had “only by appointment” schedule. Total disaster."
