"The actual hotel looks nice. The room was slightly above average. The price was high for a Red Roof, especially since no breakfast was given, they don't allow dogs, and the surrounding area is seedy. Also, they have a $5 cash key deposit. Most folks don't carry cash, so I had to walk a block in the rain to a Royal Farms ATM. Argh! Then the kicker. When I checked out, a day early, I heard the lady at the desk and the housekeeper discuss how the Black people checked out. You refer to all your customers by race, or just the Black ones? Smh."

"Gotta say after Hilton and holiday inn experiences this was good ! It has huge room with couch fridge and microwave unlike holiday inn and was quiet . Only wish it had breakfast . Late night staff was very friendly"

"Location is good, rooms are clean for the most part. It’s the service of the manager there and the red roof general customer service in general which is just piss poor. I booked with an online virtual card through the red roof website, but it actually didn’t run my card. I needed it to run against the virtual card, but I had a feeling the location would still say I needed the card physically here. Called the bellmawr location 3x and never got through. So I called the general red roof number and spoke with a Ramona about the whole situation, SAID THAT IT WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM for me to have my virtual card number ran, and ALSO called red roof twice…no answer. But left notes on my reservation and said it would work. I then go to check in and speak with the lady manager and she is immediately dismissive and continued to barely acknowledge the notes , nor give ANY type of solution to my clear inconvenience that red roofs service caused. I then call the general number again who CLAIMED they tried to call the front desk and didn’t get through, yet the entire time I’m looking at the front desk and I don’t see the phone ring once until I’m taken off hold, so I highly doubt they even tried to call. There was no effort made by the manager whatsoever to accommodate for the information I was given from their OWN company, no discount, no nothing..the service is just terrible, no continuity from the company and the actual locations whatsoever."

"Very nice clean place. I haven’t gotten any maid service in 3 days that’s my only issue. Front desk is very nice. Hardwood laminate floors. Direct tv. Vending machines. Comfy beds. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice set up microwaves fridge desk lights and plugs for electronics everywhere."
