Travelodge by Wyndham Bellmawr

"Rooms are filthy staff lies, made an agreement with a disabled vet and family to extend their stay till Aug 9 when he got paid from Social Security, they agreed that he could pay in full that day, and then pay for additional nights. They need them before they moved into their new place, and turned around, and because someone didn’t agree with a decision threw them out and lied to Wyndham customer service. These people do not deserve to have a Wyndham franchise let alone a hotel. They have no idea what the word hospitality stands for. By the way, there is no breakfast as they advertise. The rooms are semi-clean, and one ice machine serving the whole building a joke. And the worst Wi-Fi I’ve ever experienced."

"The front desk staff is exceptional and very accommodating along with the male houseman. Never missed making up bed, leaving toiletries, maintain garbage , free coffee bags and linens. Microwave , TV and internet and ice machine always working and available."

"Mr Kazi was a pleasant staff member as opposed to the female at the front desk. Our key cards had to be replaced at least 3 times and she was a little irritated when I asked for a replacement. It was hard to shower without hot water. Only hot water in the sink. The property could use some repairs to things like electrical outlets. I had 3 come out trying to remove my chargers. The entrance to the property is not lit well while being at the turnpike exit making it difficult to enter. It could use a deep cleaning and little paint as well. The mattress were horrible. They advertise that they have continental breakfast and a gym. But we were told they don't because of covid."

"the worst hôtel of my life. a very old place with plywood Windows, over filty rooms, we tried 2 both dirty carpet, with mold on the wall, we found dirty towels, and left over in the fridge. the magnetique key worked 25% of the time. AVOID THIS PLACE."
