"Here's our story. In April, 2014 we picked out laminate flooring for the dining room, living room and hallway, plus vinyl flooring for the kitchen and then different vinyl flooring for two bathrooms and carpeting for 3 bedrooms. We also needed new underlayment under the laminate and vinyl floors. B&M came when they said they would and they did a great job in four days. We spent about $8500.00. We did not do the master bath at that time and held onto the small piece of vinyl flooring to finish that job. At one point a few years after we had the installation done we phoned about an small issue with our laminate flooring and they seemed reluctant to talk to us. It is now June, 2018 and we've tried for almost 4 weeks to set up an appointment to have them lay this small bathroom floor, with no luck. Hence the 3 star rating. We've found another contractor in one hour to do this small job who will come in a week. Sadly, we won't be buying the flooring for our basement or for our roofed deck from B&M Floors in the future, like we had planned to do. They pride themselves on customer service but we definitely feel it was, after all, just lip service."
