We came in just before the closed and he stayed later than open hours to not only take care of us, but he also walked us through all the tools we would need to paint our home! He was insightful, informative and so pleasant with a smile the entire time. He even carried and loaded all of our paint and tools! Highly recommend this place and will return when we need more!"

"Great customer service. Only thing I noticed is that they are not as willing to take care of the small guy here as they do at the green tree location. Usually during the blue bucket sale when I fill up 3 buckets with $300 worth of supplies they give me the special buckets that are made for the sale to me for free. Ya know because it’s the blue bucket sale and I’m a small business owner trying to run a small construction company. Despite my one small gripe the staff were still excellent and very polite."

"I have purchased paint several times from this Sherwin-Williams store. The employees have always treated me nicely. The paint can be expensive, but it covers my walls and trim well, and the store sometimes has sales and coupons. Their hours are convenient—into the evening from Monday through Friday and also some hours on Saturdays and Sundays. For my most recent order, I had to make two phone calls and wait five days for my order to be ready for pickup, because one of the products was out of stock. The employees, however, upgraded one gallon for free from SuperPaint to Emerald, which is a higher quality, and they wished me a great evening. I am still awarding five stars, because the pandemic has caused problems with the supply chain of the paint industry, which is not this store's fault."

"We visited this store on Babcock Blvd to purchase a paint color we purchased five years ago. The sales person was very helpful and looked it by by my name and my husband’s name. Once he found it, we were good to go. The store is very clean. Employees wearing masks. It was a good experience."
