"Disappointed...found the owners to NOT be forthcoming when answering direct questions and they are not good communicators. One administrative person was downright RUDE! These are things that can be overlooked if there is quality installation. There are 3 visible seams in one room apparently due to incorrect measuring. No follow up communication AT ALL to see if we were satisfied...it’s been over 2 months...this was a big job."

We had 1,000 sq feet installed in 2-1/2 days and they where FANTASTIC! And again some Bruce/Armstrong flooring at 30% less the Moleneaux"

"Stout gave me a couple of options to work with my budget. They were able to squeeze in my installation because I needed it quickly. The installers did a great job in my basement. It needed a lot of correction to the floor and they did it the RIGHT way even though it meant having to go back and get more product and involved more time than originally thought. Overall, a very good experience."
