"Very poor customer service. I went to the showroom on January 09/2020 and was looking for a color of granite. Marie the lady in the showroom was very nice, Amy the sales representative was not. I found her to be very uncaring and not very friendly. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking anyone can have a bad day. Not the case because I was never treated good. I never heard from them again unit I called my contractor and complaint that I did not hear from them. That was on January 23. Amy said she was having a piece of granite from Maryland brought in on February 3 and I was making plans to come out to look at it on Friday. On Thursday Marie called and said it would be in until next week. I called back and said to cancel my $3111 job. I will go somewhere where they call you back or at least do their job. I went to another company and I got exactly what I wanted for 1/3 the price and excellent customer service"
