"Lousy service. Were very late. They left pieces not cut to fit assuming someone else has a Stone saw and can do their job for them. And they left the dog gate wide open when they left! Over priced and under serviced."

"They need to keep the customers advised as to correct arrival times. Otherwise I am satisfied and probably would use them again. When the granite top was delivered (not as promised) I accommodated the installers well pat 8 pm. The doorway molding leading into the dining room was 'chisled' out so the countertop would fit which was very unprofessional and therefore the wood trim has to be replaced which involves removal, staining and other work to make it right. I was informed by the DM of Home Depot who was at my home to inspect cabinet issues and was later informed I would receive a compensation of $113.00 from Armina. That never happened I don't know where or why the gross lack of communication but not until yesterday, 9.13.23 was I informed by the Home Depot DM that a 'gift card' was being issued at the Home Depot so I have to travel to the Home Depot store to secure the gift card. I did not want a gift card as I do not care to buy anything further from home depot or it's vendors. I also did not care to be asked if I need the money. This $113.00 is compensation for me to hire a carpenter to fix damage incurred by Armina installers! As for using Armina in the future I retract the comment I am satisfied as I remain disgusted."

They quickly and efficiently stepped in to fabricate and install countertops when the fly-by-night company(Rock Solid) cancelled on me 6 times Huge shout out to Armina stone and EVERYONE involved with the saving of my kitchen remodel!! "BUYER BEWARE!! Working with this company has been a huge disappointment. They left a large gap between our wall and the backsplash, supposedly these were some of their best workman completing this project. I was brushed off when I asked about it at installation. I’ve pursued them for weeks and gotten no where. They sent a crew to look at it a week ago. I was told they’d file a report. I called for an update and went straight to voicemail, they haven’t returned my call. We were really excited, but thanks to them this process has been a headache."
