"Went to have a mailbox key made. Simple right? Nope. Manager makes the key. I take it to my mail box and it doesn’t work as it appears to look longer. I head back to the store and ask the manager if he can make a different key, pointing out the differences in length. Manager refuses and simply runs the key through machine again. I ask him if he can please just make another key and he still refuses. I try the key again and it won’t even fit in the hole. I call and explain to him the issue and he spouts off about his 30 years experience making keys and how if the key won’t work Ill need a locksmith. I go to Home Depot, they run a new key and it works. I think that sums it up. Just because you have “experience” doesn’t mean you know what you are doing."

"This is a good store. My only issue is they close at 4 and I just discovered that they're closed on Saturday or else I'd go there today. I just made it before closing yesterday. Forced to go elsewhere now, but I like the store."

"I can’t sing enough praise of these guys. Rarely have they not had what I needed, and it’s always near if not cheaper than big box stores. The set up of asking for what you need is different but amazing. I normally take forever checking all options out for a project when I go to other stores. Here you tell them what you are in need of and they will give you all options and advice. Honest if they are unsure of something. Cuts down on time, friendly helpful service, and a true local business. This should be everyone’s first stop for any project needs from construction, to renovation, to even simple home and craft needs. These guys rock!"

"They have a good variety tools, supplies and other items. It's a small store so you can't expect a Home Depot/Loews selection. In my opinion, if you can't find what you need here you should have planned better as you most likely went to one of those in the first place anyway. Great location if you live in the city, the staff is friendly and the prices are very acceptable."
